Our client was introduced to us having viewed between 50-60 flats! She had been given early inheritance by her parents to find her first flat and was looking for a two bedroom flat in Battersea, Kennington and Brook Green. She ideally wanted a property she could make her mark on and add value in time.

Both our client and her mother really wanted some professional advice and also knowledge on the areas which they had chosen. We have worked extensively in these areas over the last 16 years so know the best parts in each area. Our client was also keen to buy a property which she could add value to and this is a very common request. Every property we considered, we made sure this was possible and investigated it further be it with a builder or architect. For the property on Sinclair Road, there was a potential for both an extension at the rear and also an opportunity for a home office or studio. The garden was 64 foot long so lots of scope. We arranged a builder who has helped lots of our clients to come and give some costings so she was informed before exchange of contracts.
