Totally off market
We were able to provide our clients with access to all off market houses and give them credibility as buyers. Although our client knew where they wanted to be, we were able to focus in on specific villages and houses they wanted to target. We identified a house of interest and got in touch with the owners. Having established that they were open to selling we secured an off market viewing for our clients and had an offer excepted at a competitive level. We guided our clients through what could have been a stressful and complicated sales process, ensuring we took the right course of action at every turn.
