Looking to upgrade

Our clients were primarily looking to upgrade from their two bedroom flat in SW10 to a house in a SW3 and private outside space was the second motivation to move.

Totally off market

Our clients knew the area well and had lived in Cadogan Square historically so were keen to move back to central Chelsea, ideally though to a house. They had been looking for a while before contacting us and were struggling to find what they wanted. We showed them this house totally off market, along with others, but this one stuck with them. Our clients had a very busy schedule both with work and their lifestyle so needed us on the ground constantly staying in touch with the market. After a few months, they revisited the house and decided it was the one.
