Our client was looking to either upgrade from her upper maisonette on Ifield Road, SW10 to a house or buy a house which she could initially rent out and add value to at a later stage. It was imperative that it was in a top location within whichever postcode she bought it as it was also an investment so needed to have good growth over the long term.

A step ahead of the market
We started the search in a few different postcodes, primarily W12 and W6 and were lucky enough to be able to show her a number of houses made exclusively available to us. This gave our client time to consider the properties without the rush of competing buyers in a busy sales market. She was very grateful for this as it was a big undertaking to be searching on her own. She valued our support and advice throughout this time as it was only the second time she had bought a property. We then explored more familiar territory closer to SW10 and found the perfect house on Doria Road in SW6. Houses rarely coming to the market on this road as it is a very special location just off the New Kings Road, as in this case the owner has lived there for over 25 years.
