Finding the forever home!
Our clients wanted to find their forever family home. They were yearning for space to entertain and space to have family fun. The wild countryside was important to them, walks from the back garden were essential, potential for family to stay, good commute options and speedy access to school drop offs.

I knew our clients were keen to get cracking – they were ready to buy …. in agent speak ‘they were motivated’! Through all of this they were adamant that they were only looking for the absolute right house and knew being in a strong position could wait for this.
As soon as they signed up we put together a list of all potential options that were available on the market and off the market. This included houses they had considered before, ones they’d passed by on websites, houses below budget that might have potential to extend and houses over budget that might reduce in price.
They are a detail led couple and I needed to make sure that we had all the information ready for every property to be considered. We set about booking in a few days of viewings. The right property was identified, a second viewing arranged in the same day as the first viewing. A strategy agreed and a negotiation started.
To make the process even more intense we had the potential to significantly reduce our clients Stamp Duty if we completed the purchase before the removal of the ‘Multi Dwellings Relief’!! This only happened through team work from the client, the solicitors and good representation from the vendors’ agent and of course us!
We created a winning team.
