The Brief

An untouched rural setting

Our goal was to locate an attractive family home situated in an untouched rural setting, providing suitable living arrangements for multiple generations. The property needed to be safeguarded against potential future developments that could adversely impact its value, and it required ample land to accommodate facilities for equestrian activities and livestock.

How we Helped

The right strategy!

Our clients, based in London, had been searching for a couple of years. Although they had come close to purchasing several properties during that time, they consistently fell short in the best and final bidding process. We took on the task of filtering through both on-market and off-market properties. Once the ideal property was identified, we devised a strategic plan to secure it before other interested parties could intervene.

Richard says

"Many houses present their challenges, but this one provided numerous delicate obstacles that required careful navigation. The deal seemed on the brink of collapse on a couple of occasions due to complications from the vendor's side, but with helpful advice and guidance from the JMChase team, I brought the purchase to a successfully completion."

Clients says

"This was undeniably one of the more challenging house purchases, but Knowle Farm has proven to be entirely worthwhile. Your support and guidance were invaluable throughout the process, and I particularly appreciated your pragmatism and readiness to make yourself available."
