To find a opportunity to build a country house. They wanted space, light and countryside air in a location to the east of Winchester.

We identified the house as one with little architectural merit, set in a wonderful location. The house had been extended over the years, but did not work for modern family living and was going to cost a lot to make it so. The reality was that at the right price it was a building opportunity not a ‘doer upper’!
