Our clients started looking for a house in Central London to upsize to and with a shift in their work circumstances they chose to make the move to the Hampshire countryside. Our task was to find the right location that offered excellent countryside while not being too far from London. The Candover Valley fitted the brief perfectly for them.

We had time to formulate a sound strategy for negotiating the price and also researching the details of the planning process. Our measured approach meant that we kept the purchase proceeding despite a significantly higher offer from another buyer trying to gazump the purchase.
