A blend of tradition and style
Our brief was to find an edge of village or secluded country house for London based clients looking to rebalance their time in the Cotswolds. They wanted a blend of traditional and style. Geography was wide open and our clients were looking across Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire.

Seeing off the competition
We identified the house in less than three months. It had just launched in Country Life Magazine with minimal lead time from the agent and significant demand was anticipated and so we paid a premium to obtain exclusivity and prevent any further viewings. As a result we gained control, removed the threat of competition and exchanged in a short period of time, whilst obtaining specialist tax advice to obtain multiple dwelling tax relief.
