Johannes started working life with the army, spending eight years in a number of interesting places across the globe with The Queen’s Royal Lancers. He then left to become a security consultant, working in Iraq, Nepal and Libya before entering the world of property.

After six years working for one of London’s leading selling agencies he realised his skills were best suited to the other side of the fence as a buying advisor. With a desire to return near to where he grew up, moved with his wife, Miranda, to west Oxfordshire to establish the Cotswolds arm of JM Chase.
