20 minutes from Bristol Hospital
Having lived in the middle of Bristol our clients were keen to find a house within one of the near by villages with 20 minutes drive of the hospital. With 3 children they were keen to find a 4 bedroom house and a view would be a bonus.

Through a COVID Lockdown.
Having looked around the areas to the north and south of Bristol, Abbotts Leigh was a village identified as one that had a rural feel, but good access to Bristol and the motorway system. Having missed out on a house within the village, we heard about Dennyview potentially coming back to the market. We quickly engaged with the agent and negotiated a purchase to prevent it being relaunched.
