As I dressed up to co host this year Pilgrims’ Parents Association Lunar New Year Lunch, I reminded myself that it was coming up to the anniversary of James MacLeod and my trip to Asia.  We had planned our trip so that it did not coincide with Lunar New Year which from what I can gather the region turns into one big party.

Our celebration at The Pilgrims’ School in Winchester did not disappoint.  Our organiser and co host Jess Xu looked sensational, and orchestrated the most wonderful day in organising a Dragon Dance and some martial arts for the boys and parents. The parents then returned to the historic Pilgrims’ Hall for some further entertainment, in the form of traditional music and dancing, and a delicious lunch.

James and I discussed whether we should be returning to Hong Kong and Singapore and due to sending others to another region have decided to wait until 2025.  We did however reminisce what fun we had seeing potential and old clients in some of Hong Kong’s most prestigious clubs. We experienced Singapore life in the centre of town and playing Padel at one of the country named Clubs.  It was a really positive trip and we made some useful new contacts and look forward to returning.

This year we have decided that as a business we would reach out to our friends, contacts and potential clients in Dubai.  Johannes Hodson and Eddie Ruggles-Brise are due to be in Dubai on 12th to 14th March and will be flying in on 11th and leaving on 15th.  If you or anyone you know would be interested in hearing about the UK property market from two of our experienced buying agents please get in touch and we can set something up.

We now have Buying Agents covering Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, The Cotswolds, The Home Counties and London.
