If drawn to the water, then the picturesque villages of Itchenor and Bosham with their sailing clubs and water sport, are a great place to live.  East Head at West Wittering has to be one of the best sandiest beaches in the country with endless sand dunes and spectacular views of the South Downs and the Isle of Wight.

Access to London is pretty easy from Chichester, Petersfield or Haslemere and if you’re driving then the A3 is easily accessible.
